Refund Policy

All sales are final. Only items that are damaged in shipment are eligible for a return. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not refund or exchange items that are ordered by mistake or are no longer needed due to change in a doctor’s recommendation or any other reason.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, you must first email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your items to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will refund your shipping expense and we will ship out a replacement item if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items may not be refunded.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)
